Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email n.trending@gmail.com.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

 

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

 

 

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched.

Oversized items, high-value products, age-restricted goods, and items requiring signature confirmation may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all packaging materials and damaged items.
